Why the user should provide samples (bottles, labels) according to the technical requirements?
The shape of the labelling objects can be very different because of the anti-counterfeiting and unique feature from manufacturers. The feeding, labeling, label wrapping of the labeling machine is closely related with the shape of the objects. Only giving length, width, height (diameter, height) to design or just testing with similar specification machine will not reflect the true state of the client samples on the labeling machine. Hidden problems will be discovered at inspection and this is not good for both of us. So generally require customers to provide samples, if can not provide, should be stated beforehand that acceptance to our state of the sample run as an acceptance state.
