Edge of the adhensive label warped
Main reason of it:
1) The glue viscosity is too weak: you should choose the right glue materials;
2) Labeling machine roller pressure is not enough: reason and solution as above;
3) Label surface: when selecting label surface, you should consider whether the labeling objects is flat or curved, a large diameter or small diameter, is a single surface or spherical rigid body or compressible deformation, these indicators with the surface material of choice has a direct relationship. Soft bottle should choose soft materials such as PE, PVC, without stretching of the PP and PE and PP synthetic materials. Rigid bottle should choose PET, BOPP, PS;
4) Poor choice of adhesives: When choosing the adhesives, first determine whether it is permanent or removable and whether it is one-time adhesive or reusable adhesive, etc.The surface of the label should not use heavy or hard paper-based materials. It should use film or thin soft paper material and a higher initial viscosity adhesives.
5) Poorly coated tension control: the correct coated labels should be flat and not curled after leaving the backing paper. Labels can maintain a good following after labelling. If coated tension too tight, the label from the backing paper will be warped.
6) Bottle shape design unreasonable: the rational design should be flat surface of standard labelling range (flat circular bottle design), If part of the surface of the labelling range is sphere, it is easy to cause wrinkling at both sides of the bottom.
