Adhensive label blister often occur during labelling by end user. Main reson of it is uneven glue coating. The surface of self-adhesive materials is consisted of surface material, adhensive material and bottom paper. Uneven glue coating is caused by technical problem during glue coating.
Solution One: Adhensive labeling machine pressure roller poorly designed, the pressure is not enough: The process of automatic labeling is labeling machine driving wheel rotate when sensor sends on the signal of labeling objects,which is ready to be labelled. Solution Two: electrostatic effects. As for film material, the static electricity will lead to bubble on the label, too. Two reasons of it: First, climate and environment, the cold weather and dry air is the main reason for static electricity. In winter of northern China, static electricity occur often in the labeling process. Second, static electricity will occur friction and contact between materials or between material and related components of the labeling machine. Static electricity can cause bubbles during labeling of automatic labeling machines, which will affect labeling effect. Serious static electricity may cause spark discharge, which is a predisposing factor of a fire, while the electric shock may lead to misuse of the operation as well, Solution of static electricity recommendations:
1) Reasonably control of the temperature and humidity of the operating space, the ideal temperature: 20-22 ° C, relative humidity of 50%;
2) Discharge via copper wire. Copper wire above the material and linked to the ground with the labeling machine insulation to reduce the static electricity on the adhensive label.
