The transparent bottles can be rigid glass or plastic ones that can be squeezed easily. The bubble of these objects can be listed below:
1) The surface of the bottle is not clean or flat enough. Bottles should be pre-washed and dried. According to the shape of the bottle surface, clamp it by the conveyor belt when labeling.
2) Didn’t select appropriate film material based on bottle material: select PE, PVC or PP for soft bottles; select PET, BOPP or PS for hard bottles.
3) Incorrect labelling machine speed adjust or labelling method: bottle running speed should be a bit faster than the label out speed, which can prevent bubbles. Eliminate static electricity completely before labeling. Should not use brush, sponge roller or vacuum adsorption modes labeling on the labeling machine. Should install a rubber scraper with certain strength to contact with the labels. To label on soft bottles, adjust the labeling speed, scraper intensity, angle and the distance;
4）Inappropriate choice of the end paper: you should choose good smooth end paper, such as PET material end paper, to adhere on its surface smoothly, good wettability after labeling and flat;
5) If impurities, plasticizers or glue on surface of the bottle, it may cause chemical reaction and lead to bubbles during labeling process.
